Ran a personal record of 22:51.7 at the Interregional Border Battle for 53rd overall... Placed fourth at the Oneonta Airfield Invite 4k at a personal best of 15:55.6... Won the SUNY Poly Shourt Course 4k at 16:58.9.

2024: Competed in eight meets... Placed 88th at the Niagara Region Championships at 25:10.4... Finished 15th at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 25:24.1 to earn All-SUNYAC Third Team honors... Ran a personal best of 24:51.4 at the Mike Woods Invitational.
