2023: Competed in 7 meets... Ran a personal best 21:07.8 6k at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational… Ran a personal best 26:17.2 8k at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships.

2022: SUNYAC Rookie of the Year... Competed in all eight meets as a freshman... opened the season placing fourth at the Oneonta Tri-Meet 4k with a time of 14:10.0... Was 17th at the Oswego Invitational 5k with an 18:01.2... Finished seventh at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational (27:19.0)... Placed 34th at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 27:39.9... Capped off the season with a personal best of 26:30.9 to earn all-region honors at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Championships by placing 29th.
