2023: Competed in six meets… Ran a 21:44.4 6k at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invitational… Ran a personal best 25:48.0 8k at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational.

2022: Competed in four meets... Ran a 14:15.7 to place 12th at the Oneonta Tri-Meet 4k... Posted a season best of 28:17.8 for 44th at the SUNYAC Championships... Finished 90th at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Championships with a time of 28:29.0.

2021: Competed in three meets... Opened with an eighth-place finish at the SUNY Poly Short Course 6k (20:29.4)... Took ninth at the Cortland Short Course Invitational 6k (21:16.7)... Was ninth at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational with a time of 21:06.6.
