2023: Competed in six meets... Ran a personal best 22:46.5 6k at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invitational... Ran a personal best 27:55.9 8k at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational.

2022:Competed in six meets... Placed fourth at the Oneonta Tri-Meet 4k (14:10.3)... Placed 25th at the the Oswego 5k Invitational (18:18.6)... Took 51st at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 28:47.6... Capped off the season with a personal best of 28:39.7 at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Championships.

2021: Competed in two meets... Ran a 29:51.7 at the Connecticut College Invitational... Raced at the SUNYAC Championships (31:43.0).
