ONEONTA, N.Y. - The Oneonta baseball team garnered three All-SUNYAC players following the conclusion of the 2026 season, as announced by the conference office on Wednesday. Sophomore Zachary Rowe (Hudson, NY/Taconic Hills) and junior Jake Quigley (Harrison, NY/Harrison) picked up first-team recognition, while sophomore Joseph Monserrat (Delmar, NY/Bethlehem Central) grabbed second-team honors. All three receive the honor for the first time.
Rowe played multiple positions throughout the season, primarily first base and pitcher. He started 29 of the 33 games he appeared in, while making seven starts as a pitcher. In the batting lineup, Rowe led the team with a .345 batting average. He added 30 hits, 19 runs, and 19 RBI with seven doubles, one triple, and one home run. On the mound, Rowe went 24.1 innings with 17 strikeouts.
Quigley served as Oneonta's top pitcher, starting 10 games and making 11 appearances. He pitched 56.0 innings with a 3.21 ERA to go 4-2 on the season. Quigley held opponents to a .257 batting average and struck out 52 batters. He pitched complete-game wins against Oswego and Canton.
Monserrat appeared in all 39 games and started 39 games, mainly at shortstop. He batted .277 with 33 hits, 34 runs, 19 RBI, and three doubles. Monserrat led the SUNYAC and was tied for ninth in NCAA Division III with 36 stolen bases. He finished with a .958 fielding percentage with 62 putouts, 119 assists, and 22 double plays.
Oneonta finished the season at 20-19 overall and 7-9 in the SUNYAC. The Red Dragons reached the first round of the SUNYAC playoffs.
