Pertchik Named SUNYAC Women's Volleyball Offensive Player of the Week

ONEONTA, N.Y. - After a 2-0 week, Oneonta women's volleyball sophomore Layla Pertchik (Saratoga Springs, NY/Saratoga Springs) is the SUNYAC Offensive Player of the Week for October 19.

The setter finished the week with 70 assists, two aces, five kills, and 18 digs. She averaged 8.75 assists per set. In the 3-0 sweep over Delhi, Pertchik posted 21 assists, two aces, and three kills. She then recorded a career-high 49 assists in the 3-2 win against Plattsburgh. She also added two kills and 17 digs.

Oneonta returns to action to host Morrisville on Friday, October 23, at 6 p.m.
