Roper Tabbed SUNYAC Pitcher of the Week

ONEONTA, N.Y. - After helping the Oneonta baseball team to its first win of the season, senior Kyle Roper (Tappan, NY/Tappan Zee) is the SUNYAC Pitcher of the Week for Mar. 10. The Red Dragons defeated Union 8-3 in their home opener on Tuesday.

Roper pitched 6.0 innings in the 8-3 win over Union on Tuesday. He struck out seven batters to surpass 100 career strikeouts. He only allowed three hits with no runs to record a 0.00 ERA and .50 WHIP.

Oneonta next travels for the RussMatt Central Florida Invitational from Mar. 10-14.
