Oswego, NY - Oswego, NY - The SUNY Oneonta women's swimming & diving team opened its dual-meet season today with a loss at Oswego.

Some highlights for the Red Dragon squad did occur in the three-meter dive where senior Danielle Shaw (Pearl River/Pearl River) won the competition recording a score of 170.63.  

A Red Dragon victory also came from senior Erin Clune (Kerhonkson/Rondout Valley) in the 100-yard backstroke timing in at 1:02.29 more than a second ahead of the Oswego second place finisher.  

Next up for the Red Dragon women is a meet against conference foe SUNY Brockport on Saturday, October 30th at 1 PM on the campus of SUNY Brockport.
