Trailing 1-0 early in the first half, Oneonta tied the game when

th maker of the season, putting the Red Dragons in front 2-1. After Hamilton knotted the game at 2-2 on a Skyler Simson goal,
Kelsey Cohen (Baldwin/Baldwin) tickled the twine twice in a matter of 42 seconds to give Oneonta a 4-2 advantage. Hamilton would cut the deficit to 4-3 before
Sophia Calabrese (Bethlehem/Bethlehem Central) tallied her third point of the game to give Oneonta a two goal lead.
Hamilton responded with four unanswered goals including two man-up tallies by Tessa Ryan to put the Continentals in front 7-5.
Kelsey Cohen (Baldwin/Baldwin) would pull Oneonta within a goal in the 26
th minute, but that would be as close as the Red Dragons would get. Hamilton would score the next ten goals of the game to take a commanding 17-6 lead. An Oneonta goal by
Abbi Zalucky (Averill Park/Averill Central) with 16 seconds remaining in regulation made the final score 17-7.
Just the Stats
Hamilton earned a slim 13-12 margin in draw controls for the game, but capitalized on 7-of-9 in the second half. Hamilton caused 12 turnovers in the game while converting 18-of-21 clear attempts. Oneonta senior goalkeeper
