The SUNY Oneonta men's lacrosse team put today's game against the University of Dallas away in the first period scoring six goals en route to a 19-2 victory. The win for the Red Dragons was its first of the season moving to 1-2 overall.

Hunter DeLuca (Medford/Patchogue Medford) posted all three of his goals today in the opening period where Oneonta outshot Dallas 17-0. The Red Dragons finished the game with 70 shots on goal to only 12 for the hosts.

Nick Eiseman (Farmingville/Sachem East) matched DeLuca with three goals while adding an assist for four points. All Eiseman's goals came in the final period with the assist coming on the last goal of the third period on a goal by freshman
Matthew Trudeau (Watervilet/Shaker). Trudeau added one more goal and four assists in the contest to finish as the top point guy today with six.

Brendan Callahan (Miller Place/Miller Place) and
Christopher Lockwood (Mineola/Moneola) and freshman
Kevin Dowsett (Manorville/Eastport South Manor) who each scored two goals.

Andrew Helfman (Moorestown, NJ/Moorestown) and junior
Jack Connery (Homer/Homer) combined for six saves in the game for Oneonta.

The Red Dragons will conclude its trip to the Lone Star state with a game at Southwestern University on Thursday night beginning at 7pm EST.
