In their only game of the week, the SUNY Oneonta women’s soccer team defeated Vassar College 3-2 thanks to a pair of goals from Lipshie.

Lipshie broke a scoreless tie in the 23rd minute when she finished off a cross from classmate Christina Kornfeld. Lipshie scored the eventual game-winner in the 55th minute on a free kick that put the Red Dragons ahead 3-1.

The goals for Lipshie on Saturday were her first two of the season, as she is tied with two other players for the team lead.
