McDonald was the top finisher for Oneonta this past Saturday at the NCAA Atlantic Region Championships helping the Red Dragons finish fourth overall.  The fourth place finish for Oneonta was the best in program history earning them an at-large berth into the NCAA Champioinships this weekend in Wisconsin.

McDonald finished tenth overall, which was the best individual finish at the event all-time for the program.  He eclipsed the 11th place finish by Anthony Lupia in 2016.  McDonald crossed the finish line with a time of 26:38.97.
