In a 2-1 week for Oneonta, Mackin averaged 18 points per game. He shot nearly 47 percent from behind the arc making 15-of-32. His seven threes in a win against Fredonia on Friday were the most by an Oneonta player since 2013 and his 23 points in the game was a collegiate high.

On Saturday versus Buffalo State, Mackin made six threes in an 81-67 victory.

Mackin is currently leading the team in scoring averaging 12.8 points per game. Through 15 games this year he has made 48 baskets from behind the arc.
