n his opening competition of the 2017-18 season, Bethel manhandled his opponents en route to a 3-0 record at the Electric City Duals this past Saturday. All of his wins came via pin as he earned the Most Outstanding Wrestler award helping Oneonta win the team title.

Bethel’s first pin came against Wyatt Morris of RIT in 6:58. His next two pins came in 45 and 24 seconds respectively in matches versus Alex Lagrippo of Lackawanna College and William Oxley of Scranton.
