After winning the high jump at last year’s SUNYAC championship, Ford outscored the competition to capture the heptathlon at this year’s meet. She accumulated a personal best 4,103 points to win the event by nearly 100 points. Ford PR’d in four of the seven events including setting a school record in the high jump.

Ford finally cracked 1.69 meters (5’ 6 ½”) in the high jump to set the new mark. She also posted personal best marks in the 100-meter hurdles (16.65 seconds), shot put (9.55m/31’ 4”) and the 200-meter dash (28.16 seconds).
