Boburka scored 18 points for the Red Dragons as they cruised to a first place finish with 198 points at the Springfield Invitational on Saturday.

Boburka inched her way up the record books as she jumped yet another centimeter higher in the women’s high jump. Her leap of 1.68 meters(5’-06”) not only defeated the field by a foot, but she broke her own school record.

Currently in the high jump, Boburka sits tied for fourth with four other athletes on the NCAA qualifying performance list.

Along with her performance in the high jump, Boburka placed third in women’s jong jump with a leap of 4.61 meters(15’-1-1/2”), while placing fifth with a heave of 10.54 meters(34’-07”).
