Shine captured two individual SUNYAC titles and added a third in the 1600 meter relay to lead the women to the conference title this past weekend. The SUNYAC title was the first title in the program’s history.

Shine’s individual titles came in the 800 meters and the mile. She set a meet record in winning both events with her times of 2:13.50 and 4:58.52 respectively. Shine ended the meet with the most points scored on the track with 22.5.

Shine is currently second nationally in Division III in the 800 and sixth in the mile along with being a part of the DMR that is third nationally.
