SUNY Oneonta Athletics

Van de Veerdonk came up big for Oneonta this past Saturday in leading them to a berth in the 2012 SUNYAC tournament. Van de Veerdonk posted a career best six goals and eight points as the Red Dragons secured the final spot in the conference tournament. He also collected eight ground balls and won 21-of-31 face offs on the day.

Van de Veerdonk currently leads Oneonta (5-9) in goals (35), points (45), ground balls (110) and face off wins (195).

Oneonta faces top-seeded SUNY Cortland on Wednesday in the semifinals of the conference tournament beginning at 4pm.
