Brynin had three individual victories this past Saturday against New Paltz that included a pool record. Brynin touched the wall in a time of 59.96 in the 100 yard breaststroke to set a new pool record in the event.

His second victory came in the 200 yard breaststroke. He swam that in 2:11.87, beating the second place finisher by eight seconds.

He also won in the 200 yard individual medley with a time of 2:03.55.
