Weinert traveled to Colgate University to participate in the Class of ‘32 Invitational and returned with a first and third in the weight throw and shot put, respectively.

Patrick went nearly one metere past both his personal best mark and the school record in the weight throw with a distance of 18.33 meters (60’-1.75”).

He also recorded a personal best mark of 13.98m (45’-10.5”) in finishing third in the shot put.
