Longo helped the men’s cross country team finish in 11th plaec in the NCAA Atlantic Region Meet this past weekend hosted by the University of Rochester.

John earned All-Region honors after finishing 31st overall in a time of 26:15. All-Region honors go to the top 35 individual finishers. Longo is the first All-Region runner for the men since Nick Pampena earned the honor in 2008.
