Sean Bernstein earned All-American honors this past Saturday after finishing 7th at the NCAA Div. III championships hosted by Grinnell College.  Bernstein crossed the line in 6.91 seconds, which was the exact time that he ran to qualify for the meet.

Bernstein becomes the fourth male to earn All-American honors as an individual in indoor track & field. This was Bernstein’s first appearance at the national championships.

Bernstein doubled up during the SUNYAC championships, winning both the 60 and 200-meter dashes, setting a conference record in the latter.  His indoor season earned him selection as the NCAA Atlantic Region Male Track Athlete of the Year, which was announced last Thursday evening at the championship banquet.
