SUNY Oneonta Athletics

William Zuntag is entering his fourth season with the SUNY Oneonta men's basketball team, and his third as an assistant coach. He joined the program as a manager in April 2022, following the season. He quickly worked his way to a student assistant coach.  

As an assistant coach, Zuntag is involved in all facets of the program and is the team's director of analytics.   Other key responsibilities include recruiting, player development, academic support and advisement, video analysis and scouting, practice and game preparation, and day-to-day operations.  "Will is an excellent addition to our staff, and we are excited to see him continue to take on more significant roles with our program." stated head coach, Cameron Conover. 

Zuntag is a native of Staten Island, NY and a graduate of SUNY Oneonta and recently completed his master's degree in sport management.
