2023: Competed in eight meets... placed 1st and scored a personal best 19:55.3 6k at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational... Rain a personal best 24:37.5 8k at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational... Placed 1st and ran a 25:59.3 8k at the 2023 Fredonia Kara Hall Memorial XC Invite... Ran at the Division III Championships and ran a 26:33.1.
2022: Competed in seven meets... Opened the season by placing fourth at the Oswego Invitational 5k (17:00.6)... WOn the Oneonta Airfield Invitational with a time of 26:08.7... Season-best of 25:59.4 at the Mike Woods Invitational for 34th... Placed 18th at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 26:44.2... Earned all-region honors at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Championships by placing 20th with a 26:12.7.
