2024: Competed in seven meets... All-region with a 25th-place performance at 26:05.5... Finished 6th at the SUNYAC Championships with a 27:07.8 to be named All-SUNYAC Second Team... Second at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational with a personal best 6k of 19:57.1... Third at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invite at 20:14.5.

2023: First season with the team... Competed in seven meets... Ran a personal best 20:37.3 6k and placed 7th at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational... Ran a personal best 25:16.6 8k at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational.

Prior to Oneonta: 
Competed in cross country, track & field, wrestling, and soccer at Riverhead High School... Had three high school relay records... Competed at Suffolk Community College from 2021-23... NJCAA Track & Field All-American... NJCAA Region Cross Country Champion... NJCAA All Region Academic Team in cross country and track.
