SUNY Oneonta Athletics

Marks is entering his 14th year as an assistant with the Oneonta State Baseball team. In his 13 years as a member of the coaching staff the team has made nine appearances in the SUNYAC and ECAC tournament.

Tom is a 1978 graduate of Dean Junior College in Franklin, Massachusetts where he played both football and baseball for the Bulldogs before continuing his education at Cortland State. In 1981 he received his Bachelors degree in Physical Education from Cortland and continued on to receive a Master’s degree from Oneonta State in 1987.

Tom is currently employed as a physical education teacher at Oneonta Middle School and is the varsity wrestling coach at Oneonta High School. The past eight summers he has served as Tournament Director of Cooperstown Baseball World. He resides in Oneonta with his wife Carolyn, and their son Kyle.
