McCormick enters his first season as an assistant coach for the SUNY Oneonta Red Dragons. His primary duties will include working as Outfield Coach and Bench Coach on game days.
In the fall of 2017, he served as an assistant pitching coach for the Glenville State Pioneers.
McCormick played Division II baseball at Glenville State College as a relief pitcher from 2013-17.
McCormick earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Sports Management at Glenville State College in 2017.
McCormick also started the Legion program in Gilmer County, West Virginia in 2015 where he was the General Manager and Head Coach of Braxton County team for two years.
