VISITING TEAM SERVICES
Welcome

• Water & Ice, AEDs, Splints & Crutches will be available on site
• AT will be at all contact sport games or available via two-way radio or phone for non-contact sports in the case that there are multiple events running concurrently
• If an athletic trainer is traveling with the team and requires the use of modalities please let us know 24 hours prior to the event

If your team is traveling WITHOUT an athletic trainer

• Please notify the SUNY Oneonta Sports Medicine Staff a minimum of 24 hours prior to the scheduled event via e-mail or phone if not traveling with an AT
• Please email [SL1] any taping requests to us at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event
• Please ensure that your team travels with the appropriate supplies for taping and wound care
• Communicate with your coaches that there will be NO modality use when not traveling with an athletic trainer
• An AT will be available 2 hours prior to the event to assist your athletes with any of their needs
  • If any of your athletes require treatment with therapeutic modalities, please include that information in your email and send a written prescription with the athlete.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your requests, however it will be based on the availability of our staff athletic trainers
• An AT will be available 30 minutes after the event to assist your athletes
