Athletic Highlights
2016: Matthew competed in seven meets this fall and posted a personal best 8K time of 26:55.5 at the Paul Short Invitational at Lehigh.
2017: Matthew competed in seven meets this fall and posted a personal best 8K time of 25:53.4 at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships. 
2018: Matthew competed in ten meets this fall and posted a personal best 8K time of 25:37.7 at the Rowan Interregional Border Battle. 
2019: Matthew competed in four meets this fall including the NCAA championship meet where he was in the top-5 scoring runners for the Red Dragons.
