2023: First year with the team… Competed in seven meets… Ran a personal best 21:17.8 6k at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational… Ran a personal best 25:46.2 8k at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Cross Country Championships.

Prior to Oneonta:
Competed in cross country and track & field at Massapequa High School... named captain junior and senior year... Two-time all-division... five-time all-conference... seven-time all-county.
