2020: Season canceled due to Covid-19

2021: Competed in seven meets... Placed first overall in two races... Won the season-opener SUNY Poly Short Course (4k) with a time of 17:22.6... Took second in the SUNY Cortland Short Course 4k at 16:09.2... Placed first in the Oneonta Airfield Invitational with a personal best 5k time of 19:19.3... Finished 13th at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 25:48.3 for third team honors... Placed 14th at the NCAA Division III Niagara Region Championships with a time of 23:48.5 to earn all-region.

2022: Competed in eight meets... Opened the season winning the Oswego Invitational 5k with a time of 20:12.8... Placed 12th at the Yellowjacket Invitational... Placed first at the Oneonta Airfield Invite with a personal best of 22:01.7... Won the SUNYAC Championship with a time of 22:40.5... Placed seventh in the NCAA Division III Niagara Championships to qualify for the national meet... Finished 129th in the NCAA Division III Cross Country Championships with a 23:38.5.

2023: Competed in 8 meets…Ran a personal best 15:22.4 at the Oneonta Airfield Invitational 4K and placed 1st…Placed 1st at the SUNY Poly Short Course Invitational 4K with 16:38.6...Placed 1st at the 2023 Fredonia Kara Hall Memorial XC Invite 6K with 22:50.9...Ran a personal best 21:31.9 at the SUNY Geneseo Mike Woods Invitational 6K and placed 9th…Placed 5th at the NCAA Division 3 Niagara Region Cross Country Championships 6K with 21:38.4...Placed 49th at the NCAA Division 3 Cross Country Championships 6K with 22:03.6...
