2023-24 (Indoor): Competed in nine meets... Placed 18th in the 400 (1:04.06) at the SUNYAC Championships... Helped the 4x400 relay (4:17.72) take fourth overall.
2023 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets... Placed eighth in the 400-hurdles at the SUNYAC Championships with a time of 1:13.56... Fifth in the 4x100 at 50.36 and sixth in the 4x400 at 4:14.48... Part of the 4x100 that took 18th at the AARTFC Championships at 50.48... Second in the 400-meter at the Cortland Qualifier (4/30) with a time of 1:04.84... Fifth in the 200-meter at 29.07... Won the 400-hurdles at the Cortland Upstate Alternative (4/15) with a personal record time of 1:10.97... 2022 (Outdoor): Competed in eight meets... Fourth in the 4x100 relay at the SUNYAC Championships at 51.51... Helped the 4x400 relay to a sixth-place finish at 4:15.38... Helped the 4x100 (51.90) to a 16th place finish at the AARTFC Championships... Third in the 400-hurdles at the RPI Capital District Classic at 1:13.70... Fifth in the 400-meter at the Cortland Classic (4/23) with a personal best of 1:03.65... Helped the 4x400 relay to a second place at 4:14.15...
