Katie O'Gorman was a starting outfielder for the Red Dragons from 2014-17. By the time her career had finished, she posted offensive numbers that put her either at the top or in the top-5 of most hitting categories.

O'Gorman was selected twice to the All-Conference team including a first team nod in 2017. At the conclusion of her senior season, she was selected to the NFCA All-Region Team. She was selected to the SUNYAC Tournament All-Tournament Team three times and was named to the 2014 NCAA Regional All-Tournament Team. In her final season, she recorded 59 hits, scored 42 runs and collected 89 total bases, which were second most all-time in a single season.

O'Gorman finished her career with a .326 batting average and is the career leader with 15 home runs and 114 runs batted in. Her .661 slugging percentage in 2015 is the third best in a season. She ranks in the top-5 all time in career at-bats (503), hits (164), runs (118), doubles (37), Triples (9), total bases (264) and slugging percentage (.525).

Academically, O'Gorman was named to the SUNYAC All-Academic Team three times and the SUNYAC Commissioner's List twice. She was a three-time NFCA Scholar Athlete and was inducted into Chi Alpha Sigma National College Athlete Honor Society.
