A Quick Look
The 2019 season came to a close today for the SUNY Oneonta women's soccer team falling to Brockport 3-0 in the first round of the SUNYAC tournament.  The Red Dragons finish its season with an overall record of 6-10-3.
 
The Inside Story
Oneonta trailed 1-0 at the break but conceded a pair of goals in the second half for the final.  A penalty kick in the 49^th minute by Franchesca Polcaro gave the Golden Eagles a two-goal cushion.  Sydnee Smith capped the scoring in the 78^th minute for Brockport.
 
Just the Stats
Oneonta was outshot by the hosts 26-10 while the corner kicks were even at two apiece.  Oneonta keeper Claire Lepper (Poland/Poland) collected 10 saves while her counterpart Kayla Usborne made five stops for the Golden Eagles.
