The SUNY Oneonta baseball team traveled to Ithaca for a regional midweek matchup against the Bombers. The Red Dragons would drop the game 22-7, as they fell to 2-16 overall while Ithaca improved to 7-8 on the season.

For the Red Dragons, senior LJ Gizzarelli (Newburgh/Newburgh Free Academy) had two runs batted in with two runs scored, and Brandon Torres (Highland Mills/Monroe-Woodbury) was 2 for 3 with two runs scored.

The Red Dragons are back in action in conference play this weekend at Fredonia. On Friday they will play a nine inning game at 3:00pm and Saturday a doubleheader starting at noon.
