Junior Sarah Timmons picked up 28 points for the Red Dragons this weekend at the 2011 SUNYAC Championships.

With her NCAA provisional mark of 42.63m (139’ 10”) she captured her third straight title in the Discus. Her throw broke her own school record by over two meters.

Timmons placed second  in the javelin throw with a throw of 34.51m (113’3”) again breaking her own school record by over two meters.

Timmons also picked up two fourth place finishes in both the hammer and shot put. In the hammer she spun to a mark of 43.15m (141’7”) and tossed the shot 11.07m (36’4”).
