Amalbert was selected as the Most Valuable Player of the Hat City Tournament after helping to lead Oneonta to the team title. Amalbert scored a season high 25 points in the championship game, which was a 79-61 victory against host Western Connecticut. In the game, she made 11-of-15 shots from the field including three from behind the arc.

In the semifinals, Amalbert scored 13 points in a 70-60 win against William Paterson.

Amalbert currently leads the team in scoring averaging 12.5 points per game. She is second on the team with 27 assists and is averaging 3.4 rebounds per contest.
