Knox won the only individual championship this past Saturday at the RIT Invitational helping to lead the Red Dragons to a third place finish. Knox won his title in the 133 lbs. weight class going 5-0.
Knox was the top-seeded wrestler in his bracket and recorded one pin, two majors and two regular decisions en route to winning his class. In the championship bout, he matched up against the No. 2 seed from WPI, Stephen Jendritz and won the bout by a score of 5-3.
Knox is currently 17-3 this season with five pins.
