Cavanagh shattered her personal best mark in the 10K this past Friday at the Bison Outdoor Classic hosted by Bucknell University. Competing in the invited 10K against predominantly Division I athletes, she recorded a time of 36:57.50 and placed 27th overall in a field of 46 runners.

Cavanagh’s time, which is currently the second fastest time in the SUNYAC this spring, was over one minute faster than her previous best time of 38:04, which she ran last spring.
