Serdock was the top performer for the women’s track & field team this past weekend at a pair of meets. The Red Dragons competed at both the FastTrack Nationals in Staten Island and at the Kane Invitational hosted by Cornell University.

On Friday at the FastTrack, Serdock threw a personal best distance in the weight throw with a mark of 17.48 meters. Two days later at Cornell, she eclipsed that mark by reaching 18 meters for the first time. Her heave of 18.01 meters (59’ 1 1/4”) won the event by half-a-meter while moving her into the fifth spot in Division III this season.
