Messina scored the game-winning goal this past Saturday against New Paltz on Senior Day. Messina took a pass from Paige McDermott and beat the keeper with a shot over her head. It was the game’s lone goal, as the Red Dragons extended its current unbeaten streak to seven games.

The goal for Messina was her first of the season. The Red Dragons are currently 8-3-4 overall and 5-1-1 in the SUNYAC.
