Playing at No. 1 singles and doubles,Nelson won both his matches this past Saturday to help lead Oneonta to a 5-4 win against Hamilton. He battled back to win his singles match 6-1, 5-7, 6-3 while winning his doubles match with partner Nicholas Fox 8-5.

The win for the Red Dragons avenged their loss during the fall season to the Continentals 6-3. The victory was also the Oneonta’s first victory over a NESCAC team in 15 years.

Nelson is 9-2 overall on the season.
