Miller pulled off a diving double this past Saturday in leading the Red Dragons at the Kumpf Invitational hosted by Rensselaer. Oneonta finished in sixth place overall with 163.5 points.

Miller, who has had an immediate impact on the men’s team in his first year with the team, won both the 1-meter and 3-meter events to collect 40 points on the day for the Red Dragons. Earlier in the season, Miller posted scores good enough in the 1-meter event to provisionally qualify for the NCAA championships in March.

In taking first in the 1-meter event, Miller posted a score of 271.30 while posting a score of 280.77 in winning the 3-meter event.  His score in the 3-meter event set a school record for Oneonta and left him only five points shy of the NCAA cut.
