Lupia crossed the finish line of the 8K SUNYAC championship race in a time of 25:13 this past Saturday. He imporoved two spots from a year ago to place fifth overall. With his finish he earned recognition as a SUNYAC cross country Hall of Famer, which automatically goes to a finisher in the top-5. Lupia becomes the seventh man in the history of the program to earn the honor and the first since 1989.

The Red Dragons finished third overall at the SUNYAC championships.
