Lupia ran a personal best 8K time of 25:09 at the Connecticut College Inviational. Lupia finished fourth overall which helped lead his team to a fifth place finish.

Lupia broke his own school record by 12 second, which he set at the Atlantic Regionals in Letchworth Park last year.

Lupia has been the leading runner this fall for Oneonta. The Red Dragons are nearing the end of the fall season with hopes of vying for the SUNYAC on Saturday October 31st.
