Small’s stellar weekend opened with as part of a school record setting 1600 relay. The sophomore was joined by Rachel Shine, Elizabeth Jewiss, and Kierra Keys in setting the new school mark at 3:55.78 breaking a record that has stood since 2005.

Small had a solid all-around couple of days for the Red Dragons. She won the 400-meter hurdles with an ECAC qualifying time of 1:03.74 and was second in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 15.93. She also ran with Clohessy and freshmen Mariah Johnson and Alexandra Jacques in the 400-meter relay, as they turned in the third fastest time in program history at 48.72.
