Small was a top performer for the women this past weekend at the Valentine Invitational hosted by Boston University. She was part of a record-setting relay while turning in a top-5 perfromance in the 400 meters.

Small ran the second leg of the Distance Medley Relay that finished 10th overall while setting a school record with a time of 12:04.12. The previous mark of 12:06.77 was set back in 2004.

In the 400 meters, Small ran a personal best time of 58.51, which put her at No. 3 all time in the event for the women's program.
