For the second straight week, Lupia had a personal best performance in an individual event. This week, his performance came in the 3K, as Oneonta won the Eagle Invitational hosted by Brockport.

Lupia’s winning time of 8:37.98 set a meet record by nearly four seconds. His time also qualified him for the ECAC championship meet during the opening weekend of March.

Last week at RIT, Lupia ran a personal best time in the mile of 4:23.99, which is also an ECAC qualifying mark.
