    Timmons helped the women’s track and field team finish second in the Holiday Relay Meet hosted by St. Lawrence University.

    She was the top competitor for the Red Dragons winning both the weight throw and the shot put. In the weight, she not only defeated the field by over three meters, but set a new personal and school record in the process.

    Timmons threw the shot put a distrance of 11.26 meters and the weight throw 15.42 meters to clinch the titles in both events.
