Mikac helped the wrestling team come away with its best finish in recent years, tied for fourth place, with 101.5 points.

Ben captured Oneonta’s only title at 141 lbs. The victory also earned him All-Conference honors for the second consecutive year.

Mikac, who claimed his first ECWC title of his career went a perfect 4-0 on the day, defeating Nick Wahba of Ithaca, 11-6 in the championship match.  In his two opening matches, he won by a major decision and a regular decision before getting by Anthony Battista of SUNY Cortland in sudden victory, 8-6, in the semifinals.
